Pictured, what it looks like last steps before a concrete steel slab on grade foundation is poured on this build on your lot custom home in San Antonio.
At this pre-pour foundation stage all your steel is pulled and placed, gravel bagged, plumbing set, electricity grounded and roughed in, headers placed, chairs inserted as needed and form boards secured. Need to confirm anything that needs to be run through foundation is placed at this point, including and water supply or electricity to islands, out door areas, etc. Also need to confirm all supply entries / exits are accounted for and roughed in or stubbed out.
Next step once everything is doubled checked and signed off on per engineered design and blueprints will be the actual concrete pour.
